Rates & Insurance
Rates
Session fees vary by provider / service, which can be found on each therapist profile. Part of the All In Bloom Therapy mission is to provide accessible care and mental health information; as such, each therapist has a set number of sliding scale and pro bono slots for low income individuals. All In Bloom also offers group therapy & mental health workshops for discounted rates. Please reach out directly to your provider to learn more about these options.
Additionally, AIB has a frequently updated resources tab providing a variety of accessible mental health resources (ex. books, blogs, social media accounts etc.) to complement therapy.
Insurance
All In Bloom Therapy is currently in network with several insurance companies including Optum, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Coverage includes all plans that follow under one of the above insurances (including most EAPs). Check provider page to see what specific insurance companies your therapist accepts. All insurance claims are processed through Alma. AIB also can provide appropriate documentation (superbills) for out of network benefits / reimbursement. We encourage you to check directly with your insurance company regarding your coverage / out of network benefits. We also accept HSA / FSA accounts.
Out of Network Benefits / Superbills
As mentioned above, AIB can provide superbills for out of network benefits / reimbursement. It is the client’s responsibility to submit superbills to their insurance company. If the client would rather not deal with insurance or the claim submission process, they can notify their therapist who can submit their claims for them through a company called Mentaya. Mentaya will then take over the OON claims submission process and will follow up on claims and reimbursement for a small fee (5% of the billed session rate, per claim) at the client’s expense. We encourage you to check directly with your insurance company regarding your coverage / out of network benefits. Please see www.mentaya.com for more details.
No Surprise Act / Good Faith Estimate
The No Surprise Act took effect on January 1st, 2022, which seeks to eliminate surprise medical billing. This act requires health care practices to inform the client of costs related to treatment services upfront and as any changes occur. Under this act, you as a client are able to request a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your treatment.
Treatment fees at All In Bloom differ by service and provider. You can find provider and service fees on each therapist’s page under “rates.” Additionally, a financial agreement will be included in your informed consent form before you begin treatment, and this will be reviewed at the beginning of your intake appointment. Each service (i.e. session) is billed individually, within 24 hrs of receiving that service. You are able to discontinue treatment at any time. If you have any questions regarding treatment fees, please contact your therapist directly.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as form of payment. All fees unrelated to insurance (no show, late cancel, administrative, or self-pay) are processed via Ivy Pay. Ivy Pay is a HIPPA compliant platform created specifically for therapists. All payments are processed within 24 hours of the appointment. All insurance claims are processed through Alma.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours or no show your appointment, you will be charged the full rate of session.
