Are you eager to collaborate with fellow therapists who share your passion for trauma-informed care? Do you cherish the freedom to shape your own work schedule? Come join our team!
About Us:
We operate a fully remote therapy practice based in Denver, CO, serving clients across multiple states. Our focus lies in trauma-related issues, including PTSD, CPTSD, and relationship dynamics. Offering individual, couples, group therapy, and workshops, we take pride in our trauma-trained and informed approach.
About the Role:
We are seeking a fully licensed therapist for a full or part-time 1099 contractor position. Compensation will be based on a percentage split of revenue, varying according to full-time or part-time status.
Our goal is to establish a therapy practice that centers cultural diversity and the intersection of identities among our team members and the clients we serve. We recognize the profound effects of systemic oppression on BIPOC, the queer community, those outside the gender binary, the working class and other marginalized communities. We strongly encourage individuals representing these identities to apply for this position, where your experiences will be valued and respected.
All In Bloom covers all expenses related to:
- Administrative tools (e.g., electronic health record, Google Suite/email, website profile/maintenance)
- Billing & insurance (e.g., Alma, if opting for insurance)
- Marketing efforts (via our website, social media, Alma, and regular networking meetings with local therapists).
Our Core Values
Autonomy & Flexibility
- As a contractor, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to set your rates, policies (such as late cancellation/no-show fees), and schedule. You also have the freedom to select your clients.
Connection & Support
- Despite being entirely remote, we prioritize maintaining connections among team members and the wider therapist community. We foster a supportive environment for both professional and personal growth, engaging in regular consultation and collaboration with other practices/providers.
Trauma-Informed, Accessible, & Inclusive Care
- Trauma-informed practices guide our approach to therapy. We prioritize inclusivity and cultural competence, particularly in serving the LGBTQ+ community. Recognizing the barriers to mental health care, we accept insurance and assist clients in utilizing out-of-network benefits. Additionally, we offer free resources through our website and social media to enhance mental health awareness and accessibility.
Ethical & Collaborative Care
- We uphold a collaborative model of care, ensuring clients actively participate in decision-making regarding their treatment. Adhering closely to ethical guidelines within our field and industry, we strive to deliver the highest quality of care.
